Administrator functionalities

Administrator functionality includes the following parts of the application:

  • Administration of purchase order types
  • Account chart administration
  • Workflow setup
  • Order groups
  • Positions plan (Administration of purchase order positions)
  • Payment terms (Administration of payment terms)
  • Delivery description (Administration of delivery description)
  • Measure unit

These parts of the application are accessed via the 'Administrator' button on the toolbar. Pressing this button will open a drop-down menu, in which we can choose whether to administer purchase order types, chart of accounts, workflows ('Workflow setup' option), purchase order groups ('Order groups' option), purchase order positions ('Positions' option). plan '), payment terms (' Payment terms' option), delivery descriptions ('Delivery description' option) or units of measurement ('Measure unit' option).
