Tab 'Activity'

The 'Activity' tab is used to display activity data. The form for entering data on the selected activity is opened by clicking on the 'Activity' tab within the posting interface.

The activity data entry form contains the following fields:

Under 'Account approval' there are information fields with basic account data that cannot be changed and are filled in automatically: 'Company' - company name, 'Number' - account number, 'Int. number ',' Amount ',' Currency ',' Month. cost ',' Dat. account ',' Dat. making ',' Dat. payments', 'Partner', 'OIB', 'Status' and' Partner ID '.

Below these fields are the fields that are required to enter: 'Date. book. ' - posting date, ticking box 'Posted' - checking the box confirms that the account has been posted, and 'Description posted.' - description of posting.

Under 'Other data' there is data by fields, and they are opened by pressing the arrow located in the code. The fields that are displayed are: 'Header', 'Basic. date ',' Terms of payment. ',' Ref.number ',' FI number ' and ' MM number '. This is data that cannot be changed and that is filled in automatically

Under 'Activity data' there are fields 'Created' - account creation date and 'Priority', which can be low, medium or high. This is data that cannot be changed and that is filled in automatically.

Under 'My task' there is a field 'Comment'. Within this field we can enter a comment about the activity.

The toolbar for entering activity data consists of five buttons: 'Save Changes', 'Posted', 'Revert to Index', 'Before Approval' and 'Debit'. Clicking the 'Save Changes' button saves the changes entered in the activity data entry form. Pressing the 'Posted' button confirms that the incoming invoice has been posted and it is saved in the archive.

By pressing the 'Back to indexing' button, the account is returned to the indexing accounts, and can later be accessed by pressing the 'Indexing' button on the toolbar or work panel.

Clicking on the 'Before approval' button opens a window in which we can select the users who need to approve the activity so that it can be further processed. The window is described in the chapter selecting multiple users. Clicking on the 'Debit' button opens a window in which we can select the users who will be in charge of doing this activity.
