Tab ' Activity '

The 'Activity' tab is used to enter activity data. The form for entering data on the selected activity is opened by clicking on the 'Activity' tab within the indexing interface.

The activity data entry form contains the following fields:

Under 'Account indexing' there are fields with basic account data: 'Company' - company name, 'Number' - account number, 'Int. number ',' Amount ',' Currency ',' Month. cost ',' Dat. account ',' Dat. making ',' Dat. payments', 'Partner', 'OIB', 'Status' and' Partner ID '. The 'Status' field is immutable and is filled in automatically.

Under 'Other data' there is data by fields: 'Created' - date of account creation and 'Priority', which can be low, medium or high. The 'Created' field is immutable and is filled in automatically. Clicking the arrow next to the 'Other data' heading opens the fields for entering additional data: 'Header', 'Osn. date ',' Uvj. pl. ',' Ref. ',' FI number 'and' MM number '.

Under 'Activity data, My task' there is a field 'Comment' in which we can enter a comment about the activity.

The toolbar for entering activity data consists of five buttons: 'Save Changes', 'Indexing', 'Revert to Check', 'Before Approval' and 'Debit'. Clicking the 'Save Changes' button saves the changes entered in the activity data entry form.

Pressing the 'Select partner' button will open a window in which we can search for partners and select one of them. The window is described in the partner selection section.

Pressing the 'Index' button confirms that the incoming account has been indexed and switches between accounts for approval.

By pressing the 'Return to check' button, the activity is returned to the open activities, and it can be reached later by pressing 'Technical correctness'.

Clicking on the 'Before approval' button opens a window in which we can select the users who need to approve the activity so that it can be further processed. The window is described in the chapter selecting multiple users. Clicking on the 'Debit' button opens a window in which we can select the users who will be in charge of doing this activity.
